After-sales Services
We provide full after-sales services for the motorcycle products supplied, including spare parts availability, defected parts replacement and technical support.
We provide 1 year/10000km (whichever comes first) warranty for the permanent parts (engine, chassis, wheel rims, etc.)
We provide along with the shipment spare parts valued equivalent to 0.5-1% (depends on motorcycle models) of the total order value free of charge to cover normal after-sales need.
We provide spare parts for replacement free of charge once the defects are confirmed caused by quality defects.
Our technical support on assembly, usage maintenance and/ or repair is accessible to all our customers in 24/7 manner.
All spare parts of all motorcycle models we supply are available at reasonable prices upon requirement.
